329 Group Project
Once you have been assigned a group, go to the library and choose an article to review.  Using Exercise One in Chapter 13 of your Salkind text, examine how well the author(s) you selected addressed the criteria for a good research article.

During the fifth face-to-face meeting of the class, your group will present a creative and engaging 15-minute presentation of your findings.  At this time, you will also hand in a written review of the article (4-6 pages).

People naturally want to work in the areas where they feel they have the strongest skills, but please make sure that everyone in the group plays a role in both the written and oral parts of the group project.  You will be expected to individually prepare a one-page, informal write-up of what you did and what the other members of your group did.

In addition, you will prepare an evaluation for each of your group members when your group work has been completed.  The link for the evaluation form can be found below.  Each student's group project grade will be weighted by the combined evaluations from the other group members.

Although I do not anticipate any problems, if you are having difficulties in your group, please make sure you discuss them with me immediately so that I can help you sort them out.
